ARTICLE 1 – Wall Art

This Refund Policy for wall art is from Printful, the service provider who creates, prints and ships wall art to our customers worldwide.

Printful does not offer returns or exchanges, but if the customer notices a problem with the wall art ordered, they should first submit a detailed report with photos. Claims for misprinted, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 20 days of receipt. Refunds are only available to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed by Printful to be an error on their part will be covered at their expense. The default return address is the Printful facility. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.

Wrong address:

If the customer provides an address that is considered insufficient by the delivery service, the shipment will be returned to Printful’s facility. The customer will be responsible for reshipment costs once Printful has confirmed the new address (if applicable) with the customer.

Packages lost in transit:

In the first instance, the customer should contact the delivery company to attempt to locate the lost order. If the tracking information indicates that an order has been delivered, but the customer believes that they have not received it, we will not take responsibility for reshipping the order. In this case, any replacement must be made at the customer’s expense. All claims must be submitted no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date. If Printful decides to cover the cost of reprinting and shipping, a replacement order will be sent to the customer. The customer will then be asked to confirm their delivery address.

Unclaimed parcels:

Shipments that are not claimed will be returned to Printful’s facilities and the customer will be charged for reshipment costs (if applicable).

Special cases:

Customers residing in Brazil who regret purchase must contact our customer service department and express their wish to return the item within 7 consecutive days of receipt, providing a photo of the item. The refund request will be evaluated to verify whether the product has been used or destroyed, even partially. In such cases, a refund will not be possible.

Notification to EU consumers:

In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

– the supply of goods which are manufactured to the consumer’s specifications or which are clearly personalized

– sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and whose return is impossible for reasons of health or hygiene.

Printful therefore reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

ARTICLE 2 – Books

As TERRA TRIBUTA publishes its books independently, there are no refunds on book orders. However, certain replacement conditions apply in the following cases:

Damaged books:

All claims concerning damaged or defective books must be submitted within 8 days of receipt of the product. The customer must then submit a detailed report with photos.

Wrong address:

If the customer provides an address that is considered insufficient by the delivery service, the shipment will be returned to TERRA TRIBUTA. The customer will be responsible for reshipment costs once TERRA TRIBUTA has confirmed with the customer the new address (if applicable).

ARTICLE 3 – Documentaries

Some of TERRA TRIBUTA’s documentaries are free to view. People who wish to support our creations can make a donation on PayPal.

ARTICLE 4 – Other Products and Services

This refund policy does not apply to the following services offered by the TERRA TRIBUTA team: presentation of paid talks, preparation of exhibitions, photography and video production services. Where applicable, all terms and conditions of these services may be set out in a contract approved by the parties.

ARTICLE 5 – Language

This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the English language, irrespective of translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
